restaurant
If you’re craving something delicious, now is the perfect time to visit Travy, where traditional Ukrainian cuisine meets classic European fare. The air is filled with the aroma of delicious food and the crackling of wood in the fireplace. Where every evening is a little gastronomic story, featuring tastings of homemade and premium wines, artisanal cheeses, and dishes from our chef!
Carpathian cuisine, served right to your table
The Carpathians aren’t just about skiing and mountains. They’re also about the traditions of Ukrainian cuisine, which are cherished here with special reverence. And who are we to go against these traditions? That’s why our restaurant’s menu always features:
1. Banosh. Just as it should be, with cracklings, white mushrooms, and brynza;
2. Kulesha with brynza, homemade sour cream, natural butter, or a fried roux;
3. Potato pancakes, better known as deruny, with sour cream or mushroom sauce;
4. Pies or varenyky—filled with potatoes, cheese, brynza, or cabbage;
5. A selection of artisanal cheeses, homemade sausage, smoked pork, and many other delicacies.
Every dish is a tradition of the Carpathian region. Every bite is a chance to delight your taste buds and experience the local flavor just as well as visiting museums. That’s why our chefs strive to recreate these dishes as accurately as possible and with love.
Classic Europe Amid the Carpathian Mountains

In addition, we cater to guests who do not eat meat by offering a wide variety of dishes made with fresh vegetables.

And, of course, non-alcoholic beverages: aromatic coffee, natural teas (including those made from Carpathian herbs), fresh juices, smoothies, and much, much more.
